Sukuk Wakalah Programmes
The Sukuk Wakalah Programmes comprise an Islamic Commercial Papers (Sukuk Wakalah-ICP) Programme (ICP Programme) and an Islamic Medium Term Notes (Sukuk Wakalah-IMTN) Programme (IMTN Programme), with a combined aggregate limit of up to RM3.0 billion in nominal value, based on the Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar, with an option to upsize. The tenure of the ICP Programme is seven years, whereas the tenure of the IMTN Programme is perpetual.
